Charming stay in the heart

The location was perfect for exploring Ostuni, and the unique blend of ancient architecture with contemporary decor made every corner of the hotel delightful. At breakfast, I loved the local offerings served on beautiful vintage china, making each meal feel special.

However, I found the breakfast hours too restrictive and the lack of privacy in the dining area a bit distracting. Additionally, the storage options in the bathroom could certainly be improved, as there was minimal space for toiletries.

The property showcases a tasteful renovation, blending ancient charm with modern amenities, which was quite refreshing. Unique architectural details, like arches and a smooth step down into the bathroom, create a distinctive atmosphere.

Navigating the cramped space in the Double Room proved challenging due to the unusual layout and minimal room for movement around the furniture. Uneven steps scattered throughout the premises could be daunting for some guests. A lack of basic facilities, such as no hooks for towels or shelves for toiletries in the shower, diminished the experience.

My stay at Il Sogno Delle Benedettine was wonderful. The charming decor and the delightful citrus garden were truly refreshing. The breakfast was well-organized, offering a lovely selection of local produce served with warm hospitality from Alice and Francesco.

The location is extremely convenient for accessing Ostuni's attractions. The interior design is unique, blending ancient architecture with modern touches. We loved the breakfast selection served on beautiful vintage china, and the private entry to the citrus orchard was a delightful bonus.

The Superior Double Room was super spacious, really nicely decorated with beautiful arches giving it that cool cave vibe. The big bathroom was a plus, too. I loved the internal courtyard with fruit trees—just wish we could’ve used it since it rained. Breakfast was delicious and Annapaola was really helpful. The location made it easy to explore Ostuni, which was a bonus!
